“This is the reason why you do what you do, you get in this profession because you love kids and you want to coach kids, so having an opportunity to coach a kid like this for two more years again, it’s not about the athletic ability that makes me look forward to coaching him for two more years, it’s about the type of kid that he is,” said Causey. Causey believes Ford has taken the next step as an upperclassman, and made it clear that he is a joy to coach each and every day.
